Gas sensors measurement setup
A custom setup for measurement of ultra-low electrical currents as low as 1 pA. A furnace is equipped with a silicon tube with 141 cm^3 volume with sapphire sample holder. The sample holder has 2 x 1,5 cm area for samples contcted with a silver paste to gold wire contacts. The atmosphere is chosen by mixing two of four connected pressure bottles in desired ratio. The 100 sccm flow of gas mixture is divided into two branches, one flowing through a bubbler with destilled water, allowing for a measurement in various relative humidities.
