Bio

From 2010 till 2017 the researcher and later senior staff scientist at the Department of Applied physics, Faculty of Physics, Uzhhorod National University. From 2012 till 2014 the operator of refractory vacuum equipment for sapphire single crystal growth. Researcher at the Detached workplace Turany, FMPI CU since 2017. Currently an employee of CENAM. Expert in physical vapor deposition and plasma assisted CVD techniques, design of nanocomposite metal/polymer coatings and thin films with enhanced ionic conductivity, preparation of hard coatings based on TM nitrides, TM carbides and TM diborides, growth of single crystals. The area of expertise includes structural analysis, optical and electric properties of thin films and coatings, repair and modification of vacuum deposition equipment, automation of experiment.
