The project focuses on impact of annealing process on PtOx, during which nanoporous Pt electrode is formed, which improves the diffusion of H2 below the electrode in capacitor like arrangement of Pt/TiO2/Pt. A set of different thicknesses and annealing temperatures is investigated, as well as the possibility of expanding its fuctionality to a gasistor device. Funds are used to improve the measurement setup and for the presentation of results.
